The main LiFePO4 battery pack is covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty with unlimited mileage from the date of vehicle delivery, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
Note: the charging port must be inspected by an authorized Garudan technician.
2.Manufacturer’s guarantee

3.Company liability

4.Warranty not applicable for
- Regular maintenance operations such as brake or controller adjustments, cleaning, lubrication or tuning.
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, overloading or negligence.
- Any alteration or modification not authorized by Garudan (Pvt) Ltd.
5.Service records
Warranty claims will be entertained only if all service records and coupons are properly filled and stamped by an authorized Garudan service dealer.

The warranty will become void if:
- The odometer is tampered with or disconnected.
- The vehicle has not been serviced at the prescribed intervals.
- Non-Garudan spare parts or accessories are used.
- Repairs are done at unauthorized workshops.

Garudan (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to repair, replace, or modify parts at its discretion during the warranty period.
Service schedule
Use the service coupons in your Service Book at an authorized Garudan service dealer. Missing a service can void the warranty.
| Service | Mileage |
|---|---|
| 1 | 1,000 km or 60 days from purchase, whichever is earlier |
| 2 | 2,500 km |
| 3 | 5,000 km |
| 4 | 7,500 km |
| 5 | 10,000 km |
| 6 | 12,500 km |
| 7 | 15,000 km and every 2,500 km thereafter |
If the vehicle is used in extreme conditions — dusty environments, steep terrain, heavy loads or frequent start-stop driving — preventive maintenance should be done more often than these intervals.
Owner care essentials
Charging
- Charge from a properly earthed 220–240 V AC outlet using only the original on-board charger.
- Park on a flat, dry surface, switch the vehicle OFF and apply the parking brake before charging.
- Push the connector in until you hear a “tick”, and keep the socket clean, dry and covered after charging.
- Allow 30 minutes to cool after long use, and avoid charging in rain or direct sunlight.
Battery care
- Recharge when the level falls below 20%.
- For long-term storage, keep the charge between 50% and 70% and turn the BMS off.
- Never open, modify or repair the battery or charger yourself — contact your dealer if you notice unusual heat or smell.
- Maximum water wading depth is 1 foot from the ground.
Tyres & routine checks
- Tyre pressure: 30 psi front, 35 psi rear — check weekly.
- Inspect brakes monthly and tighten nuts and bolts monthly.
- Check and lubricate the suspension quarterly; inspect motor and wiring connections every 6 months.
- Repair punctures by vulcanising or patching only — avoid liquid sealants.
